• Responsible for sales and marketing plans along with bidding out and managing all aspects of the production. Managed directors, production crew and post vendors. Studio manager of the 15,000 square foot stage and equipment. Clients include but are not limited to Intuitive Surgical, Popeye’s, Little Caesars, UPS, Stouffers, Richmond Children's Hospital.  Agencies include but are not limited to Golin Health, The Martin Agency, Arts & Letters, Hogarth, Havas, McKinney.

CYLNOR is the decoupled production arm for McKinney Advertising based out of Durham, NC with additional offices in LA, NY and Dallas.

• Executive Producer for the following clients; Little Caesars, Sherwin Williams, ESPN, Choice Hotels, Columbia Sportswear, Pampers, Blue Diamond, Pulte Homes. Responsibilities included managing multiple producers and editors as well as producing some of the larger productions, managing post production schedules, resourcing and bringing in new talent both full time and freelance to build out the roster. Guided in implementing processes and mentored junior producers as well as interns. Oversaw brands from all production vantage points including digital production.

MRA Production Support Services is a cost consultancy company  based in Cincinnati, OH

• Production consultant worked directly with high level brand marketing, procurement and agency production teams to ensure, simplify & maximize project efficiencies while keeping the creative in tact. Production advised for integrated, OLV, print and radio productions. Responsible for reporting savings and metrics using various methods depending on client needs. Created client presentations for a variety of projects, consulted on agency staffing hours and fees as well as internal agency productions, i.e. in-house production and editorial companies. Consulted on many overseas productions for clients like Nestle and Macy’s, which often included talent negotiations. Vast experience with union and non union productions in the U.S and abroad along with extensive knowledge in the agency decoupling model for production. Clients include but are not limited to Pfizer, Macy’s, Capital One and USPS.
